Since Jay Bedi and his business partners bought the 250-room hotel in Sharonville in April 2016, hundreds of family and corporate events have been held at the establishment, which boasts a bar, restaurant, an 8,400-square-foot grand ballroom, 700-seat banquet hall and the attached indoor water park, Splash Cincinnati.

In addition to its Lebanon Road location in Sharonville, Elements is also now located at Ramada Plaza. They have brought their meticulous attention to detail and commitment to the highest standard of customer service to the Ramada, guaranteeing that no particulars are overlooked, whether they are hosting a wedding reception, a fundraiser or a corporate meeting.

“I came to the United States as an immigrant at age 14, striving toward the American dream,” says Bedi. “My first job was at Hardee’s at 15, where I worked through my high school years. After a few years of college, I wanted to be in business, and I opened my first restaurant (Bombay Palace) in 1996 in Clifton.”
Opening the Elements Event Centre in 2008 amidst turbulent economic times didn’t deter this team, and they never gave up. The catering company grew to a staff of more than 10, added a limousine service and has produced thousands of events since.
