Today, in what was once an abandoned brownfield industrial facility, RBM Development LLC (RBM) announced exciting plans for the construction of a dynamic mixed-use property located at the southeast corner of Madison Road and Red Bank Expressway in Cincinnati, OH, currently referred to as Madison Center. With this, the organization proudly welcomed Dolce Hotels & Resorts to Cincinnati as the property’s hotel operator. Leasing opportunities are now available for office, retail, restaurant, medical, shopping and service applications.

Part of Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company, Dolce Hotels & Resorts properties are distinct in design and specialize in delivering exceptional meeting experiences by providing inspiring, hospitable and thoughtful environments for meetings and events.

RBM is a development company owned by August Troendle, MD, CEO and Medpace Founder. The company’s first project was the development of the Medpace headquarters consisting of approximately 350,000 sq. ft. over three buildings. RBM is named for “Red Bank” “Madison.”

RBM’s newest project offers a unique public plaza providing business functionality and recreation. “This $124 Million project will bring more than 700 permanent jobs and more than 220 construction jobs to Madisonville,” said August Troendle, MD, RBM CEO and Medpace CEO and founder. “Moreover, with the arrival of a Dolce hotel in Cincinnati incorporating a design that is at once tenant-, community-, event- and conference-friendly, we are looking forward to being able to engage the City of Cincinnati, the Community of Madisonville and the region as a whole.”
