The BMW Store: A Luxury Electric Vehicle That's Uniquely Yours

If you buy a car at The BMW Store in Silverton, you know you’re getting two things: a luxurious performance vehicle and a trusted commitment to client support. Now you can add another perk to the list: two vehicles that are 100% electric and 100% BMW.

BMW has released its first two all-electric models, the iX SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle) and the i4 Gran Coupe 4-door. But just because they’re electric doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice traditional BMW qualities of luxury and performance.

“They still retain all the attributes that BMW customers love,” says Marketing Director Louis Velazquez. “They’re just enjoyable to drive — luxurious and performance-oriented.”

Even better, the cars can be completely custom designed. Who doesn’t want to drive a BMW built just for you? At The BMW Store, their dedicated staff can help customers create their dream car. After all, they’ve been helping Cincinnati fall in love with BMW since 1979. Now you can have a vehicle that is equal parts luxury and electric that is uniquely yours.

Ready to meet your new dream car?

BMW iX

The iX is the current flagship vehicle for BMW’s “i” electric line. Designed with the Ultimate (Electric) Driving Machine experience in mind, it features a minimalistic, progressive design.

Do you want fast? You’ve got it, thanks to the iX’s streamlined exterior and expertly designed engineering. The iX xDrive50 can go from 0-60 mph in just 4.4 seconds and, with all-wheel drive (xDrive), it has a top speed of 124 mph and a range of up to 305 miles. It feels like a BMW, even with the lack of an internal combustion engine.

If you’re missing the sounds of a traditional engine, BMW has a unique feature available on the iX. Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer created a soundtrack that mimics the sounds of a traditional BMW engine but mixed with dreamy, futuristic sounds. You’re going to want to hear it for yourself.

Inside the iX, you’ll find the elegance and craftsmanship you expect from a BMW, with a few modern twists. Perhaps most striking is the curved, streamlined display perched on the front dashboard. The upholstery can be designed for your specifications, including microfiber and leather in a variety of colors.

If you’re going electric, you want the technology to be impressive, and the iX delivers. The iconic BMW grille remains but now has heating elements that allow it to self-heal from minor scratches. The wood paneling inside is sustainably sourced, and the entire cockpit has heated panels to ensure you’re comfortable even in frigid Cincinnati winters.

If you want more exclusivity, there’s the iX M60 featuring enhanced performance and features from BMW’s storied M division.

The i4

If you’re a traditionalist, you may have held back from getting an electric car. But just because electric vehicles are becoming more common doesn’t mean you have to lose the classic things you love about a BMW. Meet the BMW i4 eDrive40.

The i4 Gran Coupe combines the classic BMW experience with innovation. The outside looks like its gasoline-powered counterpart, the 4 Series Gran Coupe. Optimized for speed and aerodynamics, it’s even faster than previous engine models. There are 12 colors to choose from with different trims, meaning each car can have up to 36 different looks, ensuring the vehicle is just the way you want it. Add in the more than 10 fabrics for the upholstery, and you’ve got a car that’s perfectly customizable.

Inside, the i4 has a curved display and a simplified look with fewer buttons and switches than previous models. Still, it syncs with all your favorite devices, like Apple CarPlay and Amazon Alexa. There’s even a BMW Digital Key on your phone. Everything is designed to enhance the driving experience.

But the hallmarks of the classic BMW are still here: powerful performance with luxury features. It is undeniably a BMW — 335 hp, 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds, with a maximum range of up to 301 miles on a single charge. If you’re looking for more performance, a more powerful i4 M50 will arrive soon.

“We’re mostly a made-to-order store,” says Velazquez. “Come in, tell us about your lifestyle, your wants, your needs. We’ll hold your hand through the process of custom designing the perfect BMW for you.”

No matter which BMW model you choose, you’ll have a trusted brand with a passionate team at The BMW Store behind you. All that’s left to do is stop by and take a drive.
