Each room features exquisite wood-inlaid floors, hand-carved mantels and ornate hand-painted plaster ceilings, while the veranda on the front of the Mansion offers a perfect place for cocktails and samplers. The Mansion brims with levels of intimacy and personality not found in large halls.
But Wiedemann Hill Mansion offers all the amenities you would find in a place several times as large. Private suites with wet bars and stocked refrigerators allow brides and bridesmaids and grooms and groomsmen the chance to get ready before the ceremony. The staff takes care of the ceremony’s timing and music, receives the cake and flowers, provides linens, flatware and china, sets up the chairs and greets guests. The mansion’s three preferred caterers – Funky’s, Vonderhaar’s and Daveed’s – provide affordable and creative menus that will entice and satisfy your guests.
“We’re with the bride and groom from beginning to end,” says Weddle. “The only things they have to worry about are the cake, the flowers and the photographer. We’re like a built-in wedding planner.”
